We deliver to all regions of Turkey. If there is no shipping agency in your location, delivery will be made on designated days to mobile service areas.

All products offered for sale are checked for damage during procurement from the supplier and again during packaging for shipment. This ensures that no damaged products are sent. However, damage may occur during transportation. In such cases, please inspect the external packaging before accepting the product and, if you notice any damage, request a Damage Report from the delivery personnel.

If damage is noticed after delivery, please immediately contact the relevant courier branch and request a Damage Report. If the courier branch does not cooperate, please inform us as soon as possible.

Once you send the damaged product to avcitanitim.com along with the Damage Report, your exchange or refund process will be handled promptly, and you will be informed accordingly.
