All products purchased from our company are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We do not provide any additional or separate warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on avcitanitim.com, please send an email to info@avcitanitim.com indicating the reason for cancellation (e.g., incorrect order, change in product or payment type, etc.). Your request will be processed accordingly.
Please note that in order to cancel a newly placed order, it must not have been shipped yet.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been delivered to you, please refer to the return policy below.
If there is no defect or error with the product you have purchased, you may return it within seven (7) days from the order date, provided that:
The product has not been used,
It has not been damaged or altered,
It can be resold in its original condition.
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
By signing for the package at the time of delivery, you are also acknowledging that the product has been received in full and undamaged. From that point, the courier company is considered to have fulfilled its duty. Therefore, we strongly recommend checking the package in the presence of the courier. Any issues such as missing or incorrect items, broken or damaged products must be reported via a written delivery report while the courier is still present in order for a return to be accepted.
The items listed below are required for us to accept a return. If any of the following are missing, the return will be rejected:
The original invoice of the product. (For corporate purchases, a return invoice must be issued.)
The product must be returned within the 7-day period, in its original box/packaging, and must include all standard accessories (if any) without any damage or missing items.
If the product or its packaging shows signs of wear, damage, tampering, tearing, or usage, or if the product is not returned in its original condition, we cannot accept the return.
If the returned product reaches our return department in full compliance with the return policy, the refund will be processed on the same day it is received. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s internal processes. Refunds to credit cards are typically completed within 1 week, while payments made via bank transfer (EFT/wire) are refunded within 1 business day.

If you use our contracted courier service, you will not be charged for the return shipping. If you choose to use a different shipping company, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
